| Green Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, and Cherry Tomatoes |
This past weekend I spent two days canning with my mother-in-law (whose in her eighth decade I might add), and she helped me can pepper relish and make pickled jalapenos and jalapeno jam. She also made enough stuffed peppers to fill an entire turkey roaster pan! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I still have lots of peppers coming, so if you have any good recipes that use peppers (or cherry tomatoes) I'd love to hear from you!

What a beautiful garden! Wish you could pass me some of those extra cherry tomatoes and peppers through the computer!

The vegies are terrific, the zinnias are beautiful, but what really caught my attention was the raised beds! What a lovely neat clean garden! WOW, I am very impressed, your garden makes me hang my head in shame.
Carol - Thank you! I will admit I love the raised beds, too. The garden is kind of a making lemonade out of lemons thing. We had grubs in that section of lawn so we got rid of the lawn and put in a garden with mulch and raised beds instead!
