I went to New York for the day with the Worcester Chapter of the Massachusetts Society of Genealogists. We visited the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the 9-11 Memorial. I was mainly interested in visiting Ellis Island which has always been a dream of mine, but I will admit that seeing the Statue of Liberty was super cool. What a day!
